Yes, we are licensed. Colorado requires you to have a real estate brokers license in order to manage more than one unit.

Yes, we have a 24/7 call center that can be used by owners or tenants.

Yes, we will give you a copy of a sample lease when you join our team. When we get a possible tenant, we will review their situation with you in depth. If you would like to accept the tenant, we will send you the lease for your property and accepted tenant(s) to sign digitally.

Yes, we do sell Real Estate. This gives us a chance to find good deals for our clients to grow their portfolio or to sell quickly if they need to get out of the rental business.

You will receive payment through our online portal or you will receive a check paid by the 15th.

Yes, you can set up direct deposit.

The rent is collected in a number of ways. Most tenants pay online with a debit card, credit card, or directly out of their checking account. They may also send a check to The Trinity Team or can come to the office and pay in cash.

This varies from property to property, owner to owner.  We will accommodate your goals and needs.

We are capable of getting your property listed and on the market to rent the same day. All we need is access to take pictures and have you, the owner of the property, sign the management agreement and brokerage duties addendum.

We manage all asset classes of Commercial Buildings, and HOA’s.

The damage deposit is usually the same as the first months rent.

You will receive detailed monthly statement’s either by US Mail or by upload on your portal. You will also receive an annual income statement with your 1099.

We pull both background check and credit reports for all adults to be on the lease. We cannot share these in specific form but can share in generalities which is enough to let you know if you would like to rent to the applicants.

We prefer that Trinity Team holds the damage deposits in a non-interest bearing escrow account. You may also hold the deposit.

Statements are uploaded to your portal and can be viewed by the 15th of each month.

We manage to first time landlords, Real estate investors, Real estate agents, Institutions.

Yes, we do require to be added on the home owner’s policy.
